We are a small, friendly and approachable company of Topographic Land Surveyors working on  engineering surveys. We undertake topographic land surveys, control surveys, volume calculations and site setting out. Our business is located in Market Deeping, Peterborough UK which is on the Lincolnshire / Cambridgeshire border, which allows good access to the whole of East Anglia, the East Midlands and South Lincolnshire. We undertake topographic land surveys on a national basis, and setting out services generally within a 60 mile radius of Peterborough.                                                    

We have recently been involved in schemes such as Topographic Land Surveys for private clients and architects to facilitate design and gain planning approval, Topographic Surveys for consultants involved in Flood Risk Assessment (FRA), Land Surveys and Measured Building Surveys for Chartered Surveyors seeking change of use and planning permission, GPS Control Surveys, as built surveys and setting out services for civil engineering contractors, earthworks volume calculations for civil engineering contractors checking bills of quantities and stock pile surveys and volume calculations for aggregate recycling / haulage companies.
